Ayush “mzinho” Batbold Overview
Mzinho CS2 player is one of the youngest Tier-1 team members in 2025. Born on June 28, 2005, in Mongolia, he has already earned a reputation among fans for his excellent play, as well as his amusing nicknames and good sense of humor. Having started his CS career at the age of 13, Ayush Batbold is now not only one of the best players in the Asian scene but also a true Mongolian national hero. In the new MelBet Pick’em review, we’ll explore every stage of the career of TMZ’s youngest member.
Mzinho Path to Esports
Ayush’s story is quite unique in esports. Mzinho CS2 player isn’t lying when he says he wouldn’t have achieved anything without his family. He has an older brother, Baatarkhuu “Bart4k” Batbold, three years his senior, who is also a successful professional player in the Mongolian CS scene. It was their shared interest in Counter-Strike (along with their shared competitive spirit) that propelled both Bart4k and mzinho to the top tier of global players.
But family support didn’t stop with his brother. Ayush Batbold grew up in a middle-income family, but his relatives always tried to support the young CS fan in any way they could. It was his grandmother who bought Ayush his first computer, using a loan, after much persuasion from his youngest grandson. Before that, he simply didn’t have a PC capable of playing competitively in tournaments.
Mzinho Professional Career
It’s believed that mzinho’s entry into esports was eased by the path blazed by his older brother. However, he didn’t arrive with everything ready — like all of his current teammates, he struggled to find his dream team. His career began on way2Champion when he was just 13 years old (where he even won his first $200 prize money). He then spent two months trying out for The Black Company and The SHINE, before finally landing a probationary stint with TMZ in 2022. However, he failed to secure a spot there.
But a year later, their paths crossed again — and this time, Ayush earned a permanent spot on a top national team. Incredibly and controversially, mzinho replaced his older brother, Bart4k, on The MongolZ, who had transferred from IHC two months earlier. Bart4k had been removed due to “disappointing performance”. The final straw was TMZ’s failure at the BLAST Paris Major 2023, which finally convinced the team’s management of the need for an update.
Mzinho Current Team & Role
In MongolZ mzinho received a position on May 23, 2023. Captain bLitz and coach maaRaa saw potential in the young esports player and decided to give him a chance. Batbold took over as the supporting riffler. Despite his young age, he is one of the most resilient players on the team. At the same time, when necessary, he can also play aggressively – playing as an entry fragger and breaking down the opponent’s defense. Mzinho is known for his strategic thinking, and many see him as a promising leader.
Along with his teammates, Ayush won YaLLa Compass 2024 and Thunderpick World Championship 2024. This not only elevated Mongolian esports to the global spotlight but also brought attention back to the entire Asian scene, which had been overshadowed by Europe for many years. And in the summer of 2025, Batbold and the other four became true national heroes when all of Mongolia watched with bated breath the BLAST.tv CS2 Major in Austin, from where the team ultimately returned with silver.
Mzinho Records & Awards
Mzinho MongolZ player has made the top five of the HLTV All Stars tournament four times — more than anyone else on his team. He’s also been named the top Anchor player three times and the best Closer player once.
