Dzhami “Jame” Ali Overview

Dzhami “Jame” Ali is a Russian 28-year old player born in August, 1998. Over the years, Jame CS2 style has built a reputation for methodical and rational calling and elite clutch play, a reputation evident in his current role as IGL of PARIVISION. Now, every player knows to watch out once it’s Jame time, everyone knows him to retreat, often returning to leverage saved ammo into high-impact frags later. Not knowing what to expect despite knowing its coming is what really cements Jame’s reputation.

This CS2 player review from MelBet Pick’em highlights all you need to know about this player. Keep reading for a highlight of his path to esports, Jame CS career so far, and the dominance of the Jame cfg in his current team and role.

Jame Path to Esports

The initial esports game that attracted the attention of Dzhami was DOTA, but the attention did not last long, and it was redirected to Counter-Strike: Global Offensive. He later began playing competitively in local amateur tournaments in computer clubs and earned as much as $300 per month. This humble beginning constructed Jame CS2 tough style, which focuses more on patience and economy than on frags. He made his first appearance in professional CS at the age of 18 on the 11th of May 2017 and played on the Hala Ares team.

Jame Professional Career

Dzhami departed Hala Ares soon after joining in May because the team was disqualified at CIS Minor Krakow 2017 after one of its roster members was banned on VAC. This event derailed their momentum and organizational instability as the ban tainted the squad, and he moved swiftly to Comanche later that year before arriving with AVANGAR in August. After joining AVANGAR, Jame CS journey took a pause due to personal issues, returning to the roster in 2019. By December, he proved to have brushed off any rust by earning the HLTV MTV award off the team’s BLAST Pro Series Moscow 2019 win.

AVANGAR’ was eventually acquired by Virtus.pro, and Dzhami remained the primary AWPer and IGL during this period that also marked the transitioning from CS:GO to CS2. Under Virtus.pro, he stacked high‑profile trophies, including Flashpoint Season 2 (S‑tier, 2020) and cs_summit 7 (A‑tier, 2021), showcasing his ability to win both online and offline events. While the Jame CSGO strategy served the team, adjusting to the CS2 MR12 (12 rounds max) meta was taking longer than expected for him and he was benched. Jame CS2 Career went inactive through late 2024, officially released January 12, 2025.

Jame Current Team & Role

Dzhami is currently the AWPer and IGL of the PARIVISION Team. He joined PARIVISION on January 13, 2025, reuniting with coach dastan and CIS talents. Initially signed to split sharpshooting duties while Qikert led in-game leadership, Dzhami soon took on captaincy and IGL responsibilities again as the PARIVISION roster evolved. Since joining on January 13, 2025, Dzhami has anchored PARIVISION’s CS2 squad, elevating their win rate to 55% across 491 matches.

Jame Records & Awards

Dzhami holds three HLTV MVP medals, earned at BLAST Pro Series Moscow 2019, cs_summit 7 (2021), and IEM Rio Major 2022, recognition for his dual IGL-AWP impact across A/S-tier events. He is the only CS2 players so far to lead 4 rookies to Major Stage 2. Although Jame CS2 records or awards are not on the legendary level just yet, his current trajectory positions him for better records.

As a player and having a unique playstyle based on tactical patience, calculated use of utility, and shrewd economy control, Jame settings are known for not being conventional. Although this is not always easy to watch, the style focuses more on positioning and making clutch decisions than on pure aggression, affording him respect and controversy within the CS2 teams community.
