Andrey “tN1R” Tatarinovich Overview
The best in his country — that’s probably the safest word for this player today. Andrey “tN1R” Tatarinovich is the only Belarusian among the Russians on Team Spirit. Having previously played for local Belarusian and Russian teams, he entered the international arena in 2025, where his career skyrocketed. MelBet Pick’em has thoroughly analyzed the path of tN1R Spirit player and now tells you how he rose from a deep Tier-3 rank to a major prize in just one year.
TN1R Path to Esports
Danil turned to Counter-Strike when he realized his other passion, football, wouldn’t work out. Due to health issues, he couldn’t continue training. He’d been familiar with tN1R since childhood, watching his older brother play, and at age five, he let him play with bots.
His parents were neutral about their son’s passion, unlike his siblings, who would later become his biggest fans. Andrey recalls: his mother was concerned about his screen time, so she took away his keyboard to prevent him from playing for too long, and once even broke the monitor (either accidentally or in a fit of anger). In any case, tN1R CS player didn’t disappoint his parents – he even managed to earn a degree in logistics, combining his studies with his esports career.
TN1R Professional Career
Andrey entered esports through the leading Belarusian esports club, Nemiga, or more precisely, its youth branch, Zorka. He was invited there at the age of 19. TN1r isn’t shy about admitting that things weren’t going well at first, stress was getting in the way, and he was ready to quit esports. However, he finally decided to take on the challenge.
In his first two years, from 2020 to 2022, he’ll play for eight units. These will be local Belarusian amateur teams. However, in 2021, he’ll play a few matches for Nemiga’s main roster, main national team, even reaching his first A-tier tournament (Pinnacle Fall Series #2). His first long-term lineup (over a year) will be Websterz, followed by the Russian FORZE Esports.
TN1R CS player’s career took a boost in 2025: in early January, he was offered a contact with HEROIC. Tatarinovich finally reached Tier 1. He and his team won the MESA Nomadic Masters Spring 2025 (his first big tournament victory). However, there were complications: for example, the team played BLAST Bounty Season 1 without him due to Denmark’s visa denial.
TN1R Current Team & Role
In September, tN1r’s contract was purchased by an unnamed organization. Fans later learned it was Team Spirit. This was a major step up – in the fall of 2025, TS was ranked third in the world! Andrey replaces Myroslav “zont1x” Plakhotia, who was removed from the roster despite the team’s previous success. Thus, as of winter 2025, tN1R CS2 player is the latest addition to the Russian team.
With the roster change came a role change: while tN1r was the main driving force in Heroic, his role is now more of a backseat. He plays as an anchor on defense or as a lurker on the T-side, providing support for donk and zweih. However, as he notes, his playstyle is more aggressive than that of his predecessor, zont1x.
With his new team, tN1R CS2 player has already successfully competed in a Major. Tatarinovich had previously qualified for a major CS tournament – the previous one, in Austin, with Heroic. However, the team was quickly eliminated. In Budapest, however, TS reached the semifinals and earned a respectable bronze medal.
As for tN1R cfg, he plays a “pro-typical” config: 4:3 stretched, low sense, minimalist visuals.
